Kennedy's 2005 Numbers

In 2005, Mark Kennedy raised just north of $3.65 million, spending roughly $1 million of that, leaving the GOPer (who unlike his DFL counterpart faces no primary opponent) with over $2.65 million on hand.

No word yet on Ms. Klobuchar's numbers.

Why does he have no primary opponent? REPUBLICAN KINGMAKING!

No, he faces no primary opponent because his challenger, Harold Shudlick, will abide by the endorsement.

You see NSP, the Party endorsement means something to most Republicans. The losing candidate (for the GOP endorsement) doesn't act like a cry baby and run in a primary just because things didn't go their way.

Nice try.
